I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I was skeptical but it’s great quality and SO comfortable! I first bought one for my younger son a few months ago and just bought this one for his older sibling. It’s comfier than my expensive mattress! The first order from a few months ago said to let it fully firm up for 24hrs or more but when I got this one it said it only needs 60 seconds. I would say it’s true that it puffs up to almost full size within seconds but I recommend letting it fully expand for 2-3 hours before laying on it just in case.. Chrisy. Pennsylvania. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. This is the best mattress in I have owned in over 40 years, and at one time I sold mattresses. It is a little firm at first which is great for a heavy person that needs support. It is a very thick mattress which takes you several inches higher than most mattresses.
