I’m very satisfied with this mattress overall. It arrived extremely well packaged, with three layers of protective plastic wrapping, which I really appreciated. The mattress provides excellent support and has a very comfortable, body-contouring feel. It’s not quite as firm as I originally expected, but I would still describe it as being on the firmer side. Compared to a traditional spring mattress, it offers a more cushioned, hugging sensation with less bounce and responsiveness. I personally enjoy this feeling because it provides a nice balance between comfort and support. The overall quality feels very good, and I’ve been happy with my experience so far. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for good support with a comfortable, contouring feel.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 06 2026

Absolutely perfect!! I was skeptical at first when buying a memory foam mattress for the first time , but this one fits me to the T. It’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. I slept on it so far for two nights and due to my chronic back pain I needed something better than a spring mattress . I wasn’t sure if this would help, but boy was I wrong!!I didn’t wake up with any back pain, nor did I have a sleepless night. My only downside is the smell of the memory foam, it’s kind of hard to ignore but definitely worth it .. Anonymous. Sat Sep 07 2024

Its layered design targets common sleep problems such as overheating, body aches, motion transfer, odor buildup, and edge weakness. Overall, it positions itself as a premium, health-conscious, performance-driven mattress for modern consumers seeking both comfort and support.

This mattress looks really nice and has a high end quality feel to it. I ordered this for me and my wifes master bedroom. We definitely needed a new bed we purchased our last new mattress around seven years ago right after purchasing our house. That old mattress cost me about 1500 and had all kinds of lumps and hurt both our backs so this was long overdue. This bed is supposed to have cooling features that should help at night since we both sleep hot. It has extra edge support and zones to help with different body aches. The mattress is definitely plush it says medium but it looks really comfortable. My wife seems to like it so as long as shes happy Im happy. I ordered the 14 inch and it looks like it expanded to 14 almost instantly its crazy how they fit something that big in a box. Shamarie Robinson. Lansing. Sat Aug 22 2026

The all-new 2023 Perfect Sleeper collection featuring a coil density system, this supportive mattress offers zoned comfort and pressure relief with a lumbar gel support band—with upgrades available with more cooling layers and support.

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. The mattress is medium-firm in texture and has two layers: the top layer is made up of cooling gel foam and the bottom one is made of high-density foam. This provides you with breathability and even all night support. The gel foam extracts heat out of you and allows air to enter making you cool and dry. It has a memory foam that is made to fit your body and relieve pressure on your shoulders, hips, and spine, thus it fits those who either sleep on their back, side, or stomach. A soft breathable removable cover on the mattress can be un-zipped and washed in the machine and therefore it remains clean without much effort. It is packed in a box that is easy to carry over narrow spaces. It grows to the maximum size in 48 to 72 hours, providing you with a clean, comfortable sleep place.

Finally got the bed set up today, so haven’t slept on it yet, but it seems comfortable. It is a great price. It inflated to the full 8” but we left it inflate for several weeks before getting around to putting the bed together.. Janelle. Morgantown, WV. Thu Jun 18 2026

Very comfortable and supportive. The memory foam feels soft but still gives great support.. Anonymous. Sat Sep 26 2026

Since we spend one-third of our lives sleeping (and the other two-thirds wishing we were back in bed), it might as well be done on a mattress we adore! A memory gel foam layer on this 8'' mattress works in tandem with stretch knit fibers to contour your body, keeping your spine in alignment as you achieve a heavenly snooze. Thanks to the memory foam, there's no need for a traditional box spring.

We are still using this and it has held up so well it is so comfortable still ! Love the thickness ! Just remember you do have to get to this height. Vicki. US. Sat Jul 25 2026
