The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. After expanding fully, the mattress appears uneven while maintaining it has the firm feel. I haven’t slept on it yet but from me sitting on it it’s pretty firm. Overall it’s okay for the price.. I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding. However, after letting it sit for the full 48–72 hours, it fully expanded just as it was supposed to. As you can see in the picture with the bed frame, it looks great!
