So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! The only issue I had was that even after four days of letting the mattress expand (much longer than what was recommended), the 14" mattress never made it above 12.5". Wayfair made it right though, and I'm pleased with this mattress.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. Very comfortable mattress. Well worth the price.. Douglas. Willingboro, NJ. Mon Sep 28 2026

Experience the ultimate luxury sleep with our premium mattress. This thicker hybrid mattress has a low-motion transfer, so it's designed to let you stay asleep even if your partner tosses and turns. Each mattress is meticulously crafted from the finest materials, Our certified mattress combines cashmere and cotton ticking for a more natural and comfortable sleep surface. This double-sided mattress offers different firmness and color options, letting you choose the style you prefer. It incorporates multiple layers of breathable memory foam infused with charcoal and gel memory foam for a comfortable foundation, enhancing breathability and extend the mattress's lifespan.

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. Worth every penny!. Jill. Napa, CA. Fri Sep 25 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Just okay for a guest room it would be fine or a child’s room. As a grown adult I felt there were a lot of pressure points and it was a little more wobbly like an old fashioned spring mattress than expected.. Angela. Sun Sep 06 2026
