[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

This mattress arrived very quickly. The box was much larger than I expected and the mattress weighed over 100 pounds. I was really pleasantly surprised since mattress in a box sometimes feels really unsubstantial. The cover on it is really nice. It apparently needs 3 days to fully expand but already feels very comfortable. Not too firm or too soft. Really pleased with this purchase!. Elena. Longmont, CO. Mon Mar 13 2023

This is the second time I’ve purchased this mattress, and I’ve been very happy with it both times. It has a great balance of softness and firmness, making it very comfortable. I also like that it comes fully wrapped in plastic rather than compressed in a box, so it arrives clean with no noticeable smell and no waiting for it to expand to its full size. I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it to others.. Arifa. ON. Thu Sep 24 2026

Wow! I just LOVE this mattress; it is so plush and comfortable! If you are looking for medium firmness in a mattress, I would not recommend this one, but if you like soft and plush mattresses this one is a must have. I had been sleeping on a "medium" traditional mattress that felt too hard for my liking and it was on the higher side of the pricing scale, one of those specialty stores where you meet with the sales person and the mattress is manufactured bases on your preferences; needless to say, that did not work for me, I never liked the mattress, never felt rested and it was not cozy and welcoming. We also went a “size up” and moved from a queen to a king size and it is perfect. The cooling gel memory does keep the mattress from feeling warm under the skin, I would not say it feels cool, but it certainly does not get hot as you lay on it which is a huge plus because I run hot! I was not expecting much from a hybrid mattress that can be shipped rolled up, but I am impressed on how well it bounced back and how comfortable it is. Great quality and recommend 100%.. Claudia. For the price I expected it to be better. It's well made and the material quality is nice, which is why I'm rating it as average, but it's simply not comfortable. It's firm to the point of being too firm. There's hardly any cushion between you and the springs, even with the topper, and you can feel them when you move around. Fortunately my mom let me switch it out with the twin mattress in her spare bedroom otherwise I would have had to have gone through the hassle of returning it. Which I absolutely would have done because it's not suitable for sleeping on for more than a night or two in a row.. Nell. Sun Aug 24 2025
