[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

I have a spinal cord injury and am a side sleeper, so I did extensive research before purchasing a mattress, especially a “blind purchase”. When I started researching mattresses, I had no idea what toxic materials were in most mattresses! So then I added safe materials to my search, not an easy task! After extensive research and after visiting several show rooms, I decided I wanted a mattress that had pillow top on both sides. When I finally pulled the trigger, I definitely had my doubts, doubt subsided on delivery day! Delivery was timely, and the three delivery man set the mattress up perfectly! I was blown away by the quality of the mattress!! Absolutely no odor the perfect amount of support for a side sleeper, I don’t think I’ve ever seen/felt a better mattress!! First night sleeping on the mattress was like I had had it for years, no break-in. Or “getting used to“! . Cannot recommend the mattress enough, purchase with extreme confidence!! Good luck, and hopefully a good night sleep!!. Chris. NJ. Wed Sep 30 2026

I'm glad I bought the 10" Medium Hybrid Mattress. It is firm. Could have used more latex on top. May need a bit more padding for some. But I like it. Appreciate it has a edge. Can tell were I am in bed at night. Picky meg. Margaret. TX. Fri Mar 14 2025

This is the second time I’ve purchased this mattress, and I’ve been very happy with it both times. It has a great balance of softness and firmness, making it very comfortable. I also like that it comes fully wrapped in plastic rather than compressed in a box, so it arrives clean with no noticeable smell and no waiting for it to expand to its full size. I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it to others.. Arifa. ON. Thu Sep 24 2026

Wow! I just LOVE this mattress; it is so plush and comfortable! If you are looking for medium firmness in a mattress, I would not recommend this one, but if you like soft and plush mattresses this one is a must have. I had been sleeping on a "medium" traditional mattress that felt too hard for my liking and it was on the higher side of the pricing scale, one of those specialty stores where you meet with the sales person and the mattress is manufactured bases on your preferences; needless to say, that did not work for me, I never liked the mattress, never felt rested and it was not cozy and welcoming. We also went a “size up” and moved from a queen to a king size and it is perfect. The cooling gel memory does keep the mattress from feeling warm under the skin, I would not say it feels cool, but it certainly does not get hot as you lay on it which is a huge plus because I run hot! I was not expecting much from a hybrid mattress that can be shipped rolled up, but I am impressed on how well it bounced back and how comfortable it is. Great quality and recommend 100%.. Claudia. Transitioning from home to college is stressful enough without sleeping on a lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Whether you're a Freshman just learning the ropes or a seasoned returning student, restful sleep is an integral part of your academic success. This mattress and a quilted cotton mattress pad are just what you need whether you're in the dorms or off-campus housing. Purchasing the right mattress is key for waking up rested and alert. This hybrid mattress is constructed with ultra-supportive material that cradles your body in every position to provide the restful sleep you need. The foam is CertiPUR-US Certified so it's free from heavy metals, phthalates, BPDE, and formaldehyde and has reduced VOCs. Add an extra layer of cushioning with the included quilted mattress pad. The soft quilted cotton top with a fitted sheet design fits 8" - 21" mattresses, wicks away moisture, and won't change the feel of your mattress or keep you awake with crinkle noises. This breathable mattress pad will absorb the oil and light moisture from forgotten makeup or sweaty nights preventing them from reaching your mattress. Arriving compressed and boxed for your convenience, this bed in a box is easy to move to your dorm room or off-campus apartment. Your new mattress pad is low maintenance, simply machine washes in cold water and tumbles dry on low heat.
