This has been a great lightweight comforter for the warmer summer nights. The jersey material is soft and comfortable, and the quilting helps it maintain its shape throughout the night without bunching or shifting around. Its light enough to keep us from overheating, yet it still has enough weight to provide that cozy, comforting feeling of having a blanket on top of you while you sleep. While the fabric itself doesnt feel especially cool to the touch, I think the lightweight construction is what makes it sleep cooler and more comfortable during warmer weather. This cooling jersey quilt set, by Wonderful Textile, is actually pretty cool. It’s a silky textured fabric, the quilt also has a thin soft insert, perfect for the warmer weather. It is thin and lightweight. The color is a very pale blue. The sizing seems not to be too accurate though, I ordered a king size, but it seemed not big enough for my king sized bed, so I put it on our queen size bed instead and it covers better on the queen bed. Aside from the size being ‘off’ I’m pleased with this quilt set. The pillow cases are extra long, for those of you that have bigger pillows. The silky texture makes it slightly slippery, but it does have that ‘cool feel’ sensation. If you are looking for something in this particular style of blanket, this is it.
