The mattress came in a manageable sized box. We were able to unbox without anyone getting decapitated. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. Love the sleep that I’m getting! Arrived next day ( no extra charge and unexpected timing) unrolling was a little scary because my space was tight but I did it slowly repositioning prior to final unroll. Inflated within 4hr. I did sleep on it that night and woke up feeling like a rockstar. I do wish it were firmer but it must be under the topper I put on and the edges do feel a little soft when sitting on it BUT because I woke without hip and neck pain which I’ve been waking up with for months— I am good.
