I have very sensitive, dry skin and usually prefer bedding with a soft, silky feel so that my skin does not catch against the fabric. For that reason, this duvet cover is not my personal favorite. The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. I would not recommend it to someone looking for a luxurious or high-end feel, but it is a reasonable option if you want an affordable, practical set that is easy to wash.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026

This is a great duvet cover! It fit my new 98x98 insert perfectly, and it’s so nice having a queen duvet cover that doesn’t feel undersized because it was meant to also work on a full bed. This cover washed well and dried well on the lowest heat setting, but it did need to be pulled out and rearranged over a couple cycles. Remove it asap to avoid wrinkles. It’s very soft and looks high quality. There are internal ties on all 4 corners, plus one on the center of each side. The Giverney Yellow Cotton Duvet is a beautiful 8piece set. The colors lively and the print is bold. The blue and butter yellow colors mesh very well without being too much. Although the fabric is not the heavy cotton toile that I was expecting, the set is superb, especially considering that all the pieces and pillows are reversible.
