The pillowcases are a lovely addition to the set. If you have stiff pillows, they will stand up just as you see in the product image. Softer pillows like mine do not stand up like the image but they are still beautiful. There are corner ties on each edge of the comforter and there is a lovely blue shade on the reversible side.
