The rugs themselves are great! Theyre extremely plush, feel great on your feet, are  exactly as pictured and make my bathroom look great. The downsides were that I ordered the 4 piece set as pictured and received a 5 piece set with another rug that I dont need. Love this contour mat! It looks great in my bathroom along with the matching runner. The only downside was the packaging. It was put in the bag without a covering. The outside bag was filthy from the delivery truck. There was a tear and part of the mat was blackened. I used a stain remover to get the blackened stain out. I love this rug! It's super soft. I put the 3rd piece in the kitchen in front of the sink because as you see, my bathroom isn't that big. But it's perfect to avoid that cold floor.
