This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Overall the mattress isn't bad. Right now we are using the softer side but it's still pretty firm. It's supposed to be so that you can't feel your partner move but that's not the case at all. We went from full memory foam to this and we can feel every time the other person moves at all. My partner likes it but I'm not crazy about it and preferred full memory foam.. E.. Virginia. Very Comfortable Mattress, but the Edges Lack Support! This mattress comes compressed in a box, making it convenient to transport and set up. Once expanded, it has a really nice thickness that makes it extremely comfortable! The middle of the mattress provides great comfort and support. One thing to keep in mind is that the edges are very soft. If you sit on the edge, it sinks down significantly because there isn’t much edge support. However, when lying in the middle, it’s incredibly comfortable! We purchased this mattress for a small child, so the lack of edge support isn’t a big issue since his weight doesn’t cause it to sink much. Overall, we’re very happy with it, especially considering how comfortable and thick it is!. Angeline. US. Thu Oct 08 2026

It’s amazing to me that a mattress of this size and quality came in a box! The box was extremely heavy and it took 2 people to carry it into the house. You sink into the mattress at first but then there is a firmness that feels supportive. It’s proving to be the perfect blend of soft while still being firm for myself and my partner, who almost never agree on mattresses. We have also found that there is little to no motion transfer, so we aren't disturbed by tossing and turning.. Julia. IL. Thu Sep 11 2025
