I don't know what the heck is going on with some manufacturers, but the colors are increasingly garish--and that doesn't always come across on a computer screen. I love that this is cotton and reversible. Lightweight, it's perfect for summer. I'm sure it will do fine other times of the year with an added blanket. I've been hunting for a couple of years at least to replace a cherished quilt I'd had for over 20 years. I decorated my bedroom around it, and it's been tough getting something that works.
