Works well and heats fast. The different heat settings are helpful if you want to warm lotion to avoid the cold-lotion "yikes". Have not tried it with massage oil. Works fine. I got the pink color and it does look slightly flesh colored so it isn’t exactly matching to how it looks in the photo but it does its job pretty well. I did have some issues with shipping, as when it said it delivered, it never actually came. Wayfair did sent me a new one, but of course right after they did that, the original one showed up. I purchased two of these. One had excellent marbling the other looked like it was smeared. The quality of the construction of the jars is good with well fitted lids.
