The packaging was very compact and easy to set up. Firm as advertised. It will take awhile for it to break in I think, but I can’t really take away on the review for that. Oh I am in love with my new mattress. I haven’t wanted to get out of bed. This is truly a memory foam bed, like seriously when you lay on it, it really forms to your body.
