This is a beautiful comforter set. The comforter seems well made and it's a perfect medium weight. I got the blue/gray combo and the blue is a beautiful aqua color - just like it's shown in the picture (and just what I was hoping for). The seams on the shams are not very sturdy and I ripped one while inserting a standard size pillow. I also wish the shams were a mirror image, so each of openings faced the outside of the bed. I used the included pillow cases to make pillow covers for 18x18 inserts. The color of the round pillow and the text on the lumbar pillow are more of a powder blue, so they don't really match. i am very picky with what I put on my bed, I am a texture person. I love soft textures but love the look of linen, which can be a hard combo sometimes. this bedding is not stiff at all, very soft to touch and has no tough spots. the green is absolutely perfect for my neutral styled home, it is the perfect shade of olive green. some greens are too deep or too rich in color and they can contrast other colors too much, this shade is so universal because it is perfectly earth toned. This quilt is very pretty. I do wish it had more flowers on it. The pillow shams are a little disappointing because they are mostly White with only one big flower in the middle and a couple other little ones. The flower in the middle is yellow and I wish it had been sage green color to match the flip side of the sham. I do wish the people constructing the pillow shams would center the pattern in the middle of the fabric that has all the flowers.
