This is a beautiful comforter set. The comforter seems well made and it's a perfect medium weight. I got the blue/gray combo and the blue is a beautiful aqua color - just like it's shown in the picture (and just what I was hoping for). The seams on the shams are not very sturdy and I ripped one while inserting a standard size pillow. I also wish the shams were a mirror image, so each of openings faced the outside of the bed. I used the included pillow cases to make pillow covers for 18x18 inserts. The color of the round pillow and the text on the lumbar pillow are more of a powder blue, so they don't really match. The color is absolutely stunning! It is Baltic blue. I got it in the king size and it comes with two shams. One side of this duvet it is soft cotton feel, while the other side is a linen that needs to be steamed and feels a bit scratchy. Hoping it wil soften with washes. As you can see in my photos, I have not gotten all of the wrinkles out yet. It is nice and lightweight, which is great for where I live. I can use this year-round. I put a lighter blanket inside the duvet cover as opposed to the usual because I live a hot state. I’m going for a rustic theme and this color is exactly what in envisioned. I do wish for this price point that I did not have to worry about steaming and or ironing. I still love this – I use it every night since I’ve had it the last few days and it’s very comfortable. The feel is soft and drapy unlike my other linen which are bouncy. I expected that this item would include the certification attesting that it is 100 percent linen but it does not even have a logo. Absolutely gorgeous! I run hot while sleeping so focused on finding a 100 cotton quilt. Im so glad I found this one - its lightweight while still being able to feel it (I like the feeling of a little weight while sleeping), it breathes so Im not kicking the covers off in the middle of the night, and its gorgeous. The double-sided patterns are gorgeous and different enough that you truly get two looks. I bought a king-size quilt for my queen size bed and the sides almost touch the ground, making it more of a bedspread look.
