I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This is the best mattress in I have owned in over 40 years, and at one time I sold mattresses. It is a little firm at first which is great for a heavy person that needs support. I LOVE this mattress. Made the mistake in the past of purchasing softer mattresses because they seemed plush at the store but only ever ended up with back pain. This mattress doesn’t arrive in a small box. We wanted a real old school firm mattress and this one is a dream to sleep on.
