I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026
