Love my new bed! At first I was a little bit disappointed because it looked muted in my bedroom without a lot of light. Then I purchased a couple throw pillows to bring out the gold and a dark brown for accent pop. The color actually is better in person and the pattern as well. It has the pattern on top and a beige fabric underneath. So its not the same on both sides. The fit is good and it did not shrink when washed. Its good for warm places because its not hot when used with the right duvet insert. What I did not like was the fabric quality. I think this duvet is excellent it opens up nicely. It also has a zipper which I think is nice instead of buttons.
