Each time, they'd tell me to hold onto the wrong one and they'd let me know if I needed to return it. So I was storing their stock for free for months, then when I decided I was no longer willing to waste time on the continued incompetence, they demanded I package up all five, my time, my packing materials, my printer ink, just to be refunded the amount for the original item. No apology. No escalation to management despite my request. No indication that this incompetence isn't rampant and standard. So, I don't expect to deal with this company again. This is a nice weighted blanket. I like that it comes in larger sizes to cover the whole bed. The cover is super soft and comfortable.
