Bought this a while back. Still using it in my beach house. Pretty and soft. Love it! Update: loved this until . . . I have used this as a decorative addition to a white quilt. Never really used except to put back on bed when making it up. I just washed pillow shams for the first time. OMG! What a mess. Most of the batting on the inside came out while in the washer. I had washed it with a set of king sheets. They were covered and I was covered with the batting as I took them out of the washer. I did not put them in the dryer. It took two drying cycles to get that stuff off of my sheets. I cleaned the lint filter three times! I won’t be washing the quilt. I hope to figure how I can still use the shams without the rest of the batting falling out. I am way past the 30-day return and I am not asking for anything. Disappointed that it doesn’t come with shams. Also, I wanted a quilt that was 100 cotton, and although the product detail says it is, the tag says the filling is 100 polyester. I have a quilt already with polyester filling and it’s too warm for summer months. I do have a quilt that is king size with cotton filling but it’s a king and my bed is a queen. Shame on me for not noticing that t was only one piece, no shams and shame on Wayfair for not accurately posting info. And it wasn’t returnable.
