This mattress arrived very quickly. The box was much larger than I expected and the mattress weighed over 100 pounds. I was really pleasantly surprised since mattress in a box sometimes feels really unsubstantial. The cover on it is really nice. The Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Collection provides an elevated level of comfort and support, with the added benefit of features to help keep you cool all night long

I enjoyed a S&F mattress for 22 years, and honestly, I felt that it still had some life left in it. Still comfortable and solid after all those years. I was moving to a new house and thought it was probably time to replace the old S&F mattress/boxspring. I ordered a new Queen Lux Estate Tight Top Medium and was delighted to learn that it did not need a boxspring - one less bulky item to move. I ordered the foundation platform with the mattress for support and to extend the life of the mattress. I expected the same quality and comfort from my new S&F mattress and have not been disappointed at all! The biggest take away from this new S&F purchase has been the witnessing of the consistent quality of the product from my initial purchase 22 years ago!. Dream Sleep. Provincetown Ma. Prior to this I had a Black Series "Helena" purchased in 2009. It lasted 17 years and was at the end of its life. This Series 3 medium with a pillow top is an exceptional replacement to my Helena and once again I'm sleep well. Black Series are expensive but I think worth every penny if you have sleeping issues like myself. Highly Recommend!. Gregory S. Tue Oct 06 2026
