• The frame is engineered from the finest multi-ply, 0.88" laminated hardwood components that are precision machined for an exact fit. Mortise and tenon joints are reinforced with cross-banding to create frames with superior dimensional stability
• For quality tailoring and durability, the outsides are padded with strongly bonded fibers
• A high resilient foam polyurethane core cut to boxing size and wrapped in a layer of polyester fiber. The fiber-wrapped core is then topped with a channeled envelope generously filled with virgin polyester fibers encased in a down-proof muslin ticking providing a slow release of air for the occupant
