Customers find this product to be comfortable and useful, with many appreciating its functionality for various tasks like homework, drawing, and media consumption. The size is generally well-received, particularly for younger users and those with smaller laptops, though some wish for larger options. While many consider it a good value, a few reviews mention mixed opinions regarding the tablet slot's narrowness, which can prevent tablets in cases from fitting, and some question its overall value compared to other options.
