Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting that it often looks even better in person. The colors are frequently described as beautiful and true to the pictures, and the product is generally found to be comfortable and soft enough for napping. However, some customers have expressed negative opinions regarding value, citing issues with the product arriving late, damaged, or with unclear descriptions about whether inserts are included. There are also mixed reviews on the texture, with some finding it scratchy and others appreciating its depth and texture.
