Customers report that the product shrinks significantly after washing, leading to a deformed appearance and reduced size. Concerns are raised about the quality and durability of the material, with some reviews indicating that the stitching is poor and the scrubber backing detaches. Despite these issues, some customers find the product to be a good value for the price and appreciate its scrubbing capabilities.
