Customers find the product visually appealing, with many stating it looks amazing and is exactly as pictured. The product is also noted for being easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy. However, opinions on size and height are mixed, with some finding it too small or too low to the ground, while others are satisfied. Some customers also mentioned concerns about the hardware appearing flimsy and the interior wood being cheap, though this was sometimes attributed to the price point.
