Customers have mixed opinions regarding the comfort, size, assembly, and features of the product. Many appreciate the built-in massage and heat functions, compact size, and straightforward assembly, while others experience firm seating, a lack of adequate cushioning, and challenges with the reclining mechanism where the footrest and backrest move simultaneously.
