Customers praise the product for its great value, good quality, and ability to make hard mattresses much more comfortable and supportive. Many note that it effectively expands to the expected size and provides a good night's sleep. However, opinions on thickness and material are mixed, with some noting that it is thinner than expected and made of standard foam rather than memory foam. A few customers experienced poor quality and issues with sizing.
