Customers find the product to be beautiful and stylish, with many noting it looks even better in person than in photos. The comfort level is frequently praised, with reviewers describing it as nice and comfy, firm yet comfortable, and great for small apartments. The color is generally well-received, with customers appreciating that it matches online depictions. The quality is also highlighted as amazing and sturdy. However, a significant concern is the assembly process, specifically the difficulty in attaching the legs due to the absence of pre-drilled holes, which some found aggravating and confusing.
