I was a little disappointed as I thought the chairs were black but they are a charcoal grey. Other than that they are comfortable. I feel the table is a little short for 10 chairs, too. Tips for assembling the chairs included. The dining set is perfect for what we need. I give the set 4.5 stars because all six of the chairs had minor dingsscratches. The bubble wrap used to pack them was torn allowing the metal parts to scrape and scratch. For easier chair assembly Attach the arm rests to the seat then to the back rest before tightening the bolts firmly. Set the piece upside down on a bar stool to attach the under seat pieces. There is a small tab on one side of the chair seat frame to ensure the cross bar is attached correctly. There is a small tab on the cross bar to ensure the rocking mechanism is attached correctly.
