Down Alternative and Cotton Plush Pillow

Customers find this product to be very comfortable and fluffy, with a nice cotton cover. The double gusset design helps maintain the pillow's shape. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the material, as some reviews indicate the fill is polyfill rather than cotton as advertised, leading to disappointment for some.
