Customers frequently praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its heavy weight and expensive look. The available colors are also well-received, with specific mentions of matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, and gold. However, there are recurring concerns regarding durability, with several reviews reporting leaks and finishes wearing away or corroding over time. Some users also experienced issues with parts not fitting correctly or needing replacement parts. Despite these durability issues, many customers feel the product offers good value for its price.
