Customers appreciate the lovely color and design of this product, with many finding the textured weave to be beautiful. However, opinions on the material are mixed, as some reviewers noted that only one side features the colorful weave, with the other side being a plain khaki brown. Additionally, some customers found the pillow insert to be flat or clumpy, suggesting it may need to be replaced with a fluffier one.
