Customers find the product to be very comfortable and luxurious, with a beautiful appearance and good size that fits spaces well. However, there are significant concerns regarding its value and quality. Many reviewers feel the product is not worth the price, citing issues with cheap construction, weak zippers, and connectors that cause sections to come apart. Some also report feeling the frame when sitting and unevenly stuffed pillows.
