Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, with many highlighting its stunning texture and color variations that give it a high-end, artisan look. Some reviewers noted that the actual dimensions may differ slightly from the advertised size, and a recurring issue is the occasional breakage of tiles during shipping, though this was often resolved by customer service.
