Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and color. Assembly is generally reported as easy and quick. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with a significant number of users finding the product very firm and uncomfortable for sitting or sleeping. The size is also a point of contention, with some finding it perfect for small spaces, while others feel it is too small for adults.
