Customers praise the product's high quality and attractive appearance, noting its subtle patterns and serene colors that complement various decors. The texture is described as thick and cozy, with some finding it plush. However, there are significant concerns regarding product quality, specifically extensive shedding and pilling, which some customers find disappointing for the price.
