Customers generally find the product to be visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and style. However, assembly is frequently cited as a significant challenge, often requiring considerable time and effort, with some reviews suggesting the need for power tools despite instructions to the contrary. The quality of the materials and construction receives mixed feedback; while some appreciate the solid wood, others report issues such as damaged components, poor finishes, and drawers that do not glide smoothly due to wood-on-wood slides. The value for money is also a point of contention, with some feeling it is a good purchase for the price, while others believe the quality does not justify the cost.
