Customers appreciate the product for its appealing appearance, generous size, and soft, absorbent material that fits well in various bathroom layouts. Many are pleased with its thickness and reversible design. However, customers have mixed opinions about quality and material, citing issues with excessive shedding, lack of non-slip backing, and durability concerns after washing. Additionally, opinions on color are largely mixed or negative, with several noting that the white or patterned options appear dingy, grey, or prone to color bleeding.
