I really like the look of this chair. The retro green velvet is beautiful, and the chair looks very elegant in my living room. The color is rich and it looks just as nice in person as I hoped it would. It was also easy for my husband to put together, which was definitely a plus. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it looks great, it isn’t the most comfortable chair for sitting for a long period of time. I find that I need to put a pillow behind my back for extra support. With a pillow, it’s much more comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the chair and would recommend it if you’re looking for something stylish and elegant. I bought two of these barrel chairs for a side space in a bedroom. They were packed extremely well and assembly was limited to putting legs on the chair and ottoman. Both were considered to be sturdy and comfortable. The stitching appeared tight and the accents were solid. They are comfortable to sit in, but they are small so a larger person might want to consider that.
