Customers praise the product for its comfort and soft material, noting it fits well and stays in place. The thickness is generally seen as a positive, providing a cloud-like sleeping experience. However, some reviewers found the thickness to be less plush than expected, and one noted that seams began to come apart after washing, suggesting potential quality concerns.
