Customers find the product visually appealing, with many complimenting its appearance and cozy look. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material, with some finding it soft and others noting it balls up. The product is considered a good value for its price, especially given its easy assembly. Concerns have been raised about comfort and support, with several reviewers stating it lacks back support and is too low for taller individuals. The size is also a point of contention, with some finding it smaller than expected.
