Customers appreciate the product for its sleek appearance, smart design, and powerful performance. They find the illuminated knobs, heavy-duty grates, and multiple burner sizes very convenient, while also praising how easy it is to clean and use. However, opinions are mixed regarding the durability of certain parts and the stainless steel finish.
