Customers appreciate the product's good quality and attractive appearance, noting that the colors are pleasing and the design is appealing. The product is also recognized for enhancing safety by preventing slips in the tub. However, many customers express dissatisfaction with the size, finding it smaller than expected and not long enough for standard bathtubs. Some also report issues with the suction not holding well, which can create a slipping hazard.
