Customers praise the product for its soft chenille fabric, comfortable cushioning, and sturdy, well-made construction. The built-in storage compartment is spacious and convenient for holding blankets and pillows. The product is also valued for its attractive appearance and stylish colors that complement various living spaces. However, some customers note that connection holes are visible when used as a standalone piece, and a few mention a lack of clear assembly instructions.
