Customers praise the product for its adorable appearance, soft texture, and perfect size for small spaces, with many noting its good quality for the price. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, noting that the gray shade can have a greenish hue or appear more creamy than bright white online. Additionally, some reviewers express concerns regarding durability, specifically mentioning that the tassels can come undone or cause issues during washing.
