Customers generally praise the product's appearance and quality, with many finding it to be a good value for the price. However, there are significant concerns regarding the accuracy of product representation, particularly with color. Many reviewers noted that the actual colors of the rug differed from the online images, often appearing darker or with different shades than expected. While some found these discrepancies acceptable or even preferable, others were disappointed and returned the product.
