• Crinkle taffeta fabric with textured design made into a curtain rod sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. The ruffles are caused by scrunching the material together. Please choose size and quantity accordingly. *Please note the colors of products when viewed on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual color of the merchandise. We make every attempt to give you a good representation of the available colors for each product sold, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact match. *If purchasing the same product a 1-2 months later, it is possible the dye lot* may be slightly different from the original purchase. No two batches of yarn are exactly the same. Even lots that are done right after the other will have slight differences in the final color.
