I love my new mattress. What I don’t like is the mixup that caused me to get 2 bed frames and no mattress for over a week. And resolving the problem was basically left up to me. That seems irresponsible of Wayfair.

I bought a lift bed and what i thought was set up and haul away, only to have a guy show up and tell me he only hauls away the old mattress! I have a 91 lb mattress and 148 lb lift motor and frame sitting here to go upstairs and be installed!!! I am a senior citizen, a widow, with Parkinsons disease!!! How am I suppose to do this? This is not my first purchase of a lift bed, and the other was installed!!!!

My mattress was delivered Sat after ordering late thurs night, so quick shipping! I have slept on the mattress 3 nights now and it has been so comfortable. I have had back issues from a previous firm mattress and this Medium mattress is wonderful! The adjustable base works great. The pictures do not show a remote but a remote is included with the base. If you look on other mattress sizes of this product, it will show the remote. The remote acts as a flashlight and the base has underbed soft lighting.

Great mattress for the elderly.

We ordered 2 of these twins and they are perfect. It didn't take much time to set up, about a 20 minutes each, this is after the mattress was out of the box for 24 hours. We don't disturb each other getting up. The mattress are great. I was sleeping in my lift chair and I finally got a good night sleep with these. I have back problems for years and my back didn't hurt like it has been. I would recommend these.

Had to reorder frame. Second set was missing some hardware that my husband was able to replace. So far mattress pretty soft. Hoping we get used to it!! Prompt, friendly service
